DELLOK YONGHUI Customizing solution brazed plate heat exchanger for chiller
Introduction:
The Plate Heat Exchanger delivers outstanding performance in terms of heat transfer rate and energy efficiency. Its ability to achieve high heat transfer coefficients means that it can accomplish the desired temperature change with less energy input compared to many alternative heat exchanger technologies. The company has a large-scale modern production base and has obtained ASME, ISO9001, and CE certifications. It has the qualification for environmental protection professional general contracting and the qualification for manufacturing Class I and Class II pressure vessels.
The AK and AR series detachable heat exchangers, HBR series fully welded heat exchangers, BHR series semi welded heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, and HK series plate and frame heat exchangers produced are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, steel, chemicals, electricity, food and beverage, HVAC, shipbuilding, etc. The products are exported to multiple countries and highly praised by customers.

FAQ
Q1:How does the heat exchange process occur?
A: When the hot fluid flows on one side of the plate, its heat is conducted through the plate to the cold fluid on the other side. Since the plates are thin and have good thermal conductivity, heat can be transferred quickly. The two fluids flow in opposite or parallel directions in their respective channels and continuously exchange heat until a certain temperature equilibrium or the temperature change required by the process is reached.
